K-12 EDUCATION
Mare Pasture plans have reserved space for K-12 educational facilities, which can be built as demand grows. Facilities may be made available for private schools, charter schools, and Montessori schools.
Initially, an indoor/outdoor building with a single large meeting room, simple kitchen facilities, craft room, and restrooms can be used by residents and locals for meetings, homeschool activities, and afterschool homework center.
A large playground, picnic area, and outdoor sports/soccer field can be used by residents and as auxiliary training and game locations by Willcox schools.
