MARE PASTURE EQUESTRIAN FACILITY

The Mare Pasture Equestrian Center will provide stables, grooms, trainers, and facilities to residents, locals, and visitors. The center will be designed and operated by professionals in the equestrian fields and will include boarding facilities, an event venue, indoor and outdoor training rings, and tack lockers.

Once established, the Equestrian Center can be expanded to include show and exhibition rings, and a small arena for competitions and outdoor events like wine tastings, festivals, and charity fundraisers.

The Equestrian Center will offer riding lessons and guided horseback tours on maintained paths throughout scenic Red Wing Ranch and into the Chiricahua Mountains.

The Equestrian Center may also operate a non-profit foundation to support rescue animals.

Statistics from USA Equestrian show that their members typically own their own homes, work in managerial or white-collar careers with four times the average US income, and generally own stock portfolios of $900,000 or more. Since owning and caring for a horse is expensive, horse owners tend to be well off and also tend to gravitate to locations that provide the services they need, and a social life that fulfills their passion for the outdoors as well as the finer things in life.
